MacroValor Corporation Unveils Subvertio AI — The Final Generation of Silicon

Austin, Texas – November 8th, 2025 – MacroValor Corporation today announced Subvertio AI, a new class of processor designed to end incremental computing once and for all.
Powered by the company’s vast hydrogen-energy infrastructure, Subvertio AI abandons conventional limits of power consumption and product versioning to build the fastest and most capable computer the laws of physics allow.

“Every chip company keeps something back for next year,” said Stephen Favis, founder of MacroValor Corporation and Favis Advanced Robotics. “We’re not doing that. Subvertio AI is the terminal design of classical computing—the last chip we’ll ever need to make.”

 

A Break from the Semiconductor Playbook

For decades, the technology industry has advanced through small, commercialized upgrades—each generation slightly faster, more efficient, and more expensive.
MacroValor takes a different path. With effectively unlimited clean energy from its white-hydrogen wells and closed-loop cooling systems, the company can ignore traditional efficiency trade-offs and push hardware directly to the physical ceiling of performance.

Subvertio AI integrates:

• 3D-stacked tensor arrays with massive on-die SRAM, eliminating the memory wall;

• Optical interconnects that move data at near-light speed across wafer-scale silicon;

• Hydrogen-powered micro-channel cooling, sustaining multi-kilowatt thermal loads per package; and

Post-Scarcity Compute

Backed by MacroValor’s sovereign energy network, Subvertio AI transforms electricity directly into intelligence.
Instead of annual refreshes or artificial obsolescence, the system is conceived as a permanent infrastructure platform—a computing equivalent of a hydroelectric dam or particle accelerator.
Software, not hardware revisions, will drive its evolution.

Built in America

The Subvertio Forge facility, now under construction in United States, is a 100 % U.S.- and European-sourced semiconductor line.
Every tool, chemical, and IP block is licensed from American or European suppliers, ensuring a secure and independent technology base.
Initial prototypes are planned for 2027.
